Iranian Calligraphers Association Opens in California

Iranian Calligraphers Association has opened its office in California, the US.

Azizollah Golkarzadeh, a member of the association said the establishment of such an office has been welcomed by the enthusiastic Iranians residing in the US, IRNA wrote.

Golkarzadeh, who is also a university professor, expressed hope that the Iranians would join hands together in maintaining calligraphy as an Iranian traditional art. He also said the Iranian Calligraphers Association also plans to set up more offices in other countries to introduce Iranian art to other nations.
